Goral is an animal of a dense constitution, reminding a domestic goat. Gorals lives on the coastal rocky slopes with contiguous to them hills with abrupt woody mountains, far from the sea. They are very much adhered to their places of inhabitation and never leave more, than 2-3 kilometers from rocks, where they can easily escape the danger.
Gorals are keeping single or in the small groups. Frightened goral produces a sibilant sound and escapes in the rocks with large jumps. They are not adapted for long running, but can move along abrupt slopes with large dexterity.
From the end of September up to the beginning of November the adults male- and female-gorals keep in pairs. In June female-goral brings one or two kids, which feeds on milk till the late autumn. Goat-kids keep with female-gorals until the next spring. Maturity comes on the second year of life. Life duration of gorals makes 15 years.
